We have not out recruited bama in years. Did we even beat them in 2014? I think we were 2nd even with that class. Could be wrong.

Jesus. Did you pick UCF to win or not. I need to know if I can breathe a sigh of relief.

We have not beaten them in probably a decade

The “we need more talent” crowd isn’t 100% wrong but if they think that’s enough all on its own they’re very wrong.

Rocky, Rubble, and Zuma should have gotten more playing time.

Some of it was the younger WR’s had more talent but were less prepared. Youth is always an issue especially at the college level. Once chase and Marshall get through another camp season I think they will emerge as big time players.

Just exit the thread, please. It's a shame that someone like me, who brings facts to the conversation, gets banned when someone like you is allowed to spew ignorance unfettered.

They aren’t installing the entire offense in a week. They are installing the base of the offense in that short period. Dana Holgerson also has the most basic of base offenses that include like 10 plays at the most. It add in all the wrinkles as the year goes just like every other coach. Yea you can get your base stuff installed in a week but to say the entire offense is installed in a week is a joke and false and shows me you’ve never been part of a team at any level.

[quote]Why don't you just ban yourself. You might want to lay off the sauce this early because you're either off your meds or you took too much

TYPICAL child answer when they have no argument.

UCF has average class rankings of 65 to likely about 10 for LSU.
It is about coaching and coaching alone. Nothing more.
No more excuses.

Not same level of competition put them in the SEC and see how good their offense is or how many wins they get with those lower ranked recruiting classes but they obviously have good coaching as well not taking anything from them on that but do believe it would be totally different in a P5 conference

You pop off about a ban bet yet I'm childish. You are posting here in all caps a lot of the time but I'm childish.

You need to look in the mirror.

Really? Wow! Good to know that struggling against Arkansas (win or lose) in cold weather after losing to Bama is now acceptable.

The height of stupidity right here fans.

Teams have won NCs yet struggled against mediocre opponents, but at LSU we have high standards and we are never ever allowed to struggle?

There are some real crazies out now.

I am sorry my typos defeated your reading comprehension.

Damn, so you edited your post to 'fix' it, but STILL left in the phrase "... but if you’re whole offenses is..." ?

That's bad. You should feel bad. Sorry not sorry.

Ensminger sucks as O.C.

More importantly, the head coach has a scaredy cat mentality on offense.

This Orgeron Ensminger Regime cannot achieve a playoff berth. Folks must accept this.

You could save a lot of time by just copying and pasting

I hate the coaches.

It's all every one of your posts say anyway. You'd never have to type anything and you wouldn't lose any meaning.

For clarification, LSU averages about 7th in recruiting.

Only Clemson, Ohio State and Alabama finish higher over time. Alabama more than the rest, of course.

And, honestly, the talent is very obvious... on defense. The offensive coaching has failed.

I don’t understand how that’s even debatable at this point.

I pull for them all. They work hard, play hard and play as a team.

I just don't expect a 4.7 WR to run past good SEC CBs. I don't expect a guard to excell as a tackle of a bunged up kid to play his best game.

From what I saw and from what I read, this team did better than I expected. I enjoyed the year overall. I thank the team for that.
