2018 is equal to the same record as 2015 or WORSE and a National Championship winning and runner up coach was thought to be fired except for the Governor fricking it up.

Great recruiting with a bad coach equals some wins
Great recruiting with a mediocre coach means a winning record.
Great recruiting with a good coach means challenging for a conference title
Great recruiting with a great coach equals Saban.
UCF has averaged a 65th recruiting ranking the last 4 years with the highest being 55th and lowest being 72.
You REALLY don’t want to compare the classes. You want to ban bet this game if you’re so confident in the SHITSHOW?

They also have had amazing coaching.
Realistically, you need either more talent or better coaching to win most games.
Teams like Clemson and Alabama have both.

I guess it’s too much to ask for the staff to accept some of the responsibility for producing the 10th best O in the SEC. Having an OC come out and say there was nothing he could have done better when the O he directed ranked 10th in the SEC is more than a little telling. imo

Coaching doesn’t mean a lot when you are less talented. Ask yourself who won the most recent national titles and conference titles. Then go look at recruiting. One off examples of a win here or there don’t mean anything when that team goes on to win the conference and national title.
