But not as weak as your shitty post about trying to tell people what they can talk about on message boards...

Not as weak as your shitty post about fans going apeshit doesn’t have an effect on an AD

Alright I’ll stop......

good lord, man, this is a message board. You know, for opinions.

We realize we can't select the coach.

Can we let the team do their jobs in the post season without all the whining and nashing of teeth about who and what and why not? The media surrounding this is going to cause some distraction and dissension amongst the ranks. Let the season play out. For instance enjoy ECU and Vandy tomorrow night.

I completely agree. But I want a winning coach and I demand it.

Are you confusing fans voicing their opinions on a message board vs actually hiring the coach ?

This ^

No one is demanding anything. We just have opinions. Some people must live really boring lives, just sitting back and never having an original thought or dissenting opinion, because they believe that would be intruding on "smarter" people's decisions.

I think he’s referring to the psychotic melts and the morality police who only become virtuous when they don’t think we’re gonna get the coach they want.

Dude, I'm all for getting on people who virtue signal when it's convenient, but that doesn't apply here. We were on this guy 4 years ago over this, and it never really let up. There seems to be somewhat of a reversal, where some people who criticized him before are suddenly defending him, because they thought he was about to be our coach.

The Heimlich situation didn't sit well with me, but I mainly didn't want him because I didn't want a guy who retired because he wasn't into the job anymore. That is exactly what we are trying to get away from, and bring more energy into the program.
