I wouldn't put too much stock into it.
They can declare and hire an agent without losing eligibility. You're allowed to test the waters two times I think, without causing any issues.
I'm sure this is what they're all doing. (Except Naz and maybe Waters)

clearly i know the process of this all when i was clearly saying for jokes when neither one of them should be going do the draft process when they should be working on the weakness in there game.. come on now... i know more about the process than most of you on this board... cheer up them three will be back...

Exactly, they're just backing them into a corner for them to finally make a decision on this matter or else deal with what you got. This would almost be equivalent to a self-imposed death penalty if the administration allowed this.

He wouldn’t get picked if the draft was 5 rounds.
And this isn’t meant to be a knock on Emmitt. I think he can actually develop into an NBA prospect, but he needs to develop a jump shot.

Do you believe that they won't be working on their game during the process? SMH....The process will give them the opportunity to get evaluations and feedback on their weaknesses from the GMs/scouts that will be making decisions.
