If he goes hitless in his next 49 at-bats.

Batting a measly .515/.656/.926 with (6)HR (10)2B (25)BB and just (10)K.

Imagine having a nearly 1.600 OPS and it not be after the first weekend of the season.

Milazzo can go 0 for his next 7 and still be batting over 0.240.

These are eye popping numbers and it is almost unimaginable that this pace can continue. Crews' is about to take a step up in opposing pitching, but still....,.

This kid has got every attribute you would want if you were told to build a baseball player from scratch.

You don’t want to have the lead in the later innings?

·LSU centerfielder Dylan Crews is No. 1 in the nation in on-base percentage (.648) and in runs scored (37), and he is No. 3 in the country in batting average (.508) …

This was before last night when he went 2-3 with a homer, 2 walks, 2 runs scored, 2 RBI, and no Ks.

I’m not sure where his BA will wind up, but I bet he continues to lead the nation in OBP and runs, and I think Tanks goes on a tear and winds up near the top in RBI. I wonder what the record is for 1 guy driving in another. White may drive in Crews more than anybody has ever driven in anybody else. At least since ‘98 when dudes were driving in 100+ on the reg.
