well I talked to a x-Tiger player this morning
he is excited by what he is seeing and he can't wait for the season

You would be shocked at just who posts here. That’s a fact. I know of two that if you knew who they really were, it would blow your mind. There are others that I can not confirm but 2 are big names that everyone would immediately recognize.

The "big donors" are generally rich men/women.
Rich men/women usually usually are very successful.
Successful men/women are that way because they work hard and long at whatever it is that makes them successful.
Working long and hard generally leaves little time for hanging around in sport chat sites hours on end.
You may have found the secret ingredient that allows a person to post thousands of times on a sport website as a way to get rich, but I doubt it.
Now you are allowed to believe that the "7 figure" crowd hangs around here. That is your right.
You are also allowed to believe in flying monkeys and unicorns.

There are most definitely some of the "7 figure" crowd you reference that post on this board. I can guarantee that. The OP is not the only purple jacket donor here. I'm not a purple jacket, but I do know several that are on here. No idea what their handles are (I'd rather not know theirs and them not know mine), but I know for a fact they frequent this board.

I have said this before, but it bears repeating. I think their is an intent on the part of the decision makers, whoever they may be, to keep LSU an also ran. The recent hire of 0 just does not stand to reason no matter how one cares to slice it. LSU has not been relevant in the SEC West for some time now. Absolutely cannot beat Alabama. Multiple top La recruits end up in Tuscaloosa and so forth. There appears to be no vision in the athletic department. Joe Alleva, after his behavior at Duke, should be professionally ruined. It just makes no sense unless...

You do understand that the "7 figures" are in front of the decimal?
If I were one of them, and I am not, I think I could better use my influence quietly behind closed doors and in meeting rooms than in here.
I would think that this place is the refuge of those who have no influence and know it. It is their sounding board their sky scream as it were.

Some LSU fans are cowering wimps. They are looking for dark places and corners to hide in.
I think Georgia's uptick will be Alabama's downtick. Kirby was at Bama during the whole time that they had the great recruiting classes and seasons. He is now at Georgia and look what has happened in the last 6 months at Georgia. NC game and ridiculous signing classes all while Bama lost a 5-star LB to Georgia and 4-star DL on signing day.
