Vegas isn’t in the business of losing money. What do they know that we don’t know?

Probably not much about this football team, like many others outside the football building

I think the Vegas big money players are betting against LSU this year in general. The public likes us. I think it’s typically a bad thing but know one really knows until the games are played.

Vandy was favored -9.5 Vs hawaii.

They won 63-10

Vegas isn’t perfect.

Lines are sometimes way off at the beginning of the season. They don't know shite yet just like us.

Vegas has no idea what LSU has.

Than again LSU was favored by -3 last year vs UCLA and we all know what happened. The moral of the story is you just never know.

Wouldn't the line move if there was heavy betting on LSU to cover? It probably just means the betting on each side has been fairly equal.

i have NO IDEA what to expect. The debacle of the 2020 opener vs. State floored me (I thought Pellini would be good, lol) and then surely we would be better last year. I'm off balance with my feels and have no idea what to expect.

I'm sure Vegas lost some money on LSU in 2019. They aren't infallible.

I wouldn’t be worried about the spread. But…..we will have to be conservative (IMO) on our offensive approach, at least early. For that reason, it could be close in the 4th quarter. IMO not having offensive turnovers is more important than lighting it up. Now if we can get a couple turnovers….it won’t be close in the 4th.

How about the sissy blue a-- kicking we took last year?
Vegas obviously thinks our talent is very weak for LSU standards and the portal just filled up spots with below average SEC talent.

Way too many unknowns for both teams so vegas considers it a wash. The points are for home field advantage.

I think 3 pts on a neutral field is fair.

Almost all the money that is made by gamblers in football is during the first 4 weeks of the season. Then the odds get right

It usually takes Vegas a few weeks to get data an get lined out. The first few weeks of the season it’s anybodies guess on who will be a surprise team
