Does O come out for vengeance against a team that didn’t view him a viable HC candidate?

We all know Orgeron very publicly expressed interest in the Syracuse HC job in 2015. Syracuse, coming off 3-9 and 4-8 seasons, didn’t even think highly enough of Orgeron’s coaching acumen to give him an interview.

Does Orgeron coach with a little something extra tomorrow? A little more Tabasco in the gumbo if you will.

You would have thought he would have come out with vengeance against a team that made him lose his job at ole miss

They may or may not be happy they didn't give him an interview at this point.

At this point, I wish they had hired him.

Then he should come out with a vengeance against EVERY damn team for that reason because no other school wanted or wants him as HC.

I actually took LSU -21. Orgeron will try to run up the score to win the fan base back and Aranda will right the ship on defense against a horrendous OL for Syracuse.

Alleva doing work, did not want to miss out on O getting a better offer.

He would be out for vengeance against every team on LSU's schedule for the next century. It certainly didn't help him against State.

Didn't you hear? O is not responsible for our team's performance. It doesn't matter how much he wants "vengeance".

Vengeance? They are just trying to win games at this point.

Making a "statement" against Syracuse really doesn't help them a whole lot, to be honest.

Of course he will run it up if he has the chance and I wouldn't blame him. The Miss State game was a nightmare scenario for his coaching reputation.

Even if he did, would that give us new depth across the board?

Don't be naive. A blowout win Saturday doesn't do anything for Orgeron in reality, but for many on here it will be all they need to see to proclaim that he's "turned it around".

Yes, I expect fervent cheerleading, and a virtual explosion of geaux tigers from him.
Poor SU had best prepare.

I think he better focus on the present, and hope LSU can get a W.
