When Hawkins adjusts his pads, he's bluffing. When Pocic spits, he's bluffing. Everyone on offense has a tell. Pay attention, sheesh

Also, I know that teams often reverse scheme or analyze the other side of the ball for internal controls (i.e. Defense analyzes Offense) but do they ever go out and get third party consultants to do this for them?

Or could there be someone intercepting signals in such a way as to take the guesswork out of the equation? Probably not, since it's never been done in professional sports, either...

I don't know what the heck was going on, by I told my friend during the game "it's like they know the play".

This is why I made this post. But it only seemed to be that way when LF got the ball. There was no extraordinary effort to stop others not wearing "7". That is why I don't think they were stealing signals. If that were the case they would know everything we were doing.

I don't think we masked for very long whether we were looking to throw or pass.

After the first couple of long throws, they figured out that was what we were probably going to do if we didn't hand it off.

They don't have to tip off anything. Everyone knows what they're going to run.

really don't have to tip anything off to know what we're trying to do.

LSU is pretty predictable.. even the fade to the end zone.

Yet he decided to pound the rock into 9 guys thinking he could impose our manhood on the tide. Next thing you know, they took our manhood. It's just silly to think that bamas weakness is pass defense and miles said frick it. Ima pound that ball down their throats.

19 pass attempts to 25 rushes. 5 of those rushes were from Harris including 2 sacks. So more pass plays were called than rush plays. Thats the most balanced LSU has been all season.

It's not like bama wasnt predictable, they ran it 54 times. LSU just couldnt stop them. Plenty of times they could have stopped them for a loss or a short gain. The D either missed a tackled or got plowed over.

Our offense is good enough to win most games. just not Bama

On Paul Finebaum's Show he had ESPN predicting per cent of winning next 3 games and LSU was favored around 80 % for success against A&M and Arkansas but only 40 per cent against Ole Miss. No reason was given but it must be due to Ole Miss 's Niche,300lb and quicker than most running backs in the SEC.

And I have tickets to see this next possible brick wall for LF to run into.Miles better pass cause I will have some choice words for his arse if he doesn't.I would rather see us pass ,have several int but at less have a chance to win the game and LF get yards so he can win the Heisman.

I have also seen on here that we need to vary the snap count and quit running the play clock down to 2 sec before we snap it thus giving the defense a jump.

The dlinemen are not looking a the play clock. I'm sure LSU is varying the count. In a loud stadium, however, sometimes the oline can't hear, so you lose the snap count advantage. That's what probably happened Saturday.

If I can guess the plays about 80% of the time at a bar hundreds of miles away ... can't be hard for the Bama coaches.

Deception and variation would make LSU virtually unstoppable with their combo of skill and linemen. But who needs that?

I don't mind running, but give Bama different looks.

I want, more or less the same look - every time - whether it is an off tackle left, a play fake to deep post, or a middle screen.

I do not want to give the defense presnap tip. I don't mind using motion to give my QB a pre-snap read as to zone versus man (but a lot of defenses try to disguise this, now, so he'll have to read post-snap as well).

I don't fault Les' thinking this year because we do have an all-time great RB....but it's evident this year, we can't attack Bama status quo if we can't beat them with LF.

I'm called a positiger, sunshine pumper, etc... I'm on board entirely with the program, its players and coaches.

But this right here needs to be carved into the side of Tiger Stadium.

I love our style, generally. But...if we can;t run what is exactly our style WITH arguably the greatest running back our program has ever seen...then MAYBE it's time to step back and realize that doing EXACTLY that might not be the best recipe for success against BAMA?

Yes when Trey Quinn and Diarse is in the game is 99.9% a run.

Yes. Opposing coaches and players look to our sidelines, see Miles, and know all 3 plays.
