If this is the case, BK is an even worse coach than I thought for playing him hurt against South Eastern

there is no doubt about it.
in a recent film study it was shown clearly that Nuss flinched without being touched after he released a pass. It looks like a rib injury or some body injury that is sapping his strength and velocity, for which he was known for. this is not a possibility but a reality, and LSU had better address it in the next two weeks or Nuss career will up in smoke.

The bigger story here is BKs handling of his injury. Says he’s over the hump, plays him against SLU. Clearly injured at Ole Miss but in the post game he is adamant Nussmeier is healthy.

You have a guy who hates the media so much that he will literally say anything to assert that he knows better.

When it comes out that he’s still hurt, BK will have once again stuck his foot in his mouth but the fire will be even hotter seeing as he has knowingly played Nussmeier when he’s clearly not able to play the position at a high level.

Letting his reputation and his draft stock be tarnished, why? Don’t give me the “garrett wants to play”. BK makes nearly 10 mil a year to make tough decisions for the sake of the team and it’s been obviously clear he can’t get it done.

Our coach is a clown.

But healthy, he is not special. He has been loyal af to LSU and I respect that but he did not evolve into a great qb. He is meh. Very good from a clean pocket when he sets his feet but that's it.

And im sure you just confirm you're retarded. Meh qbs dont throw for 4k yds and 29 TDs their 1st starting season. He's CLEARLY hurt, and hurt bad enough to where it affects his entire game

They probably don’t want to blow their chances with little Nuss by sitting big brother down.

If he’s THAT hurt, he shouldn’t be playing.
We have a backup with plenty of SEC experience.

Whatever little you have seen of Van Buren against South Eastern Louisiana, the coaches clearly do not trust him to play against SEC competition week in week out in front of hostile crowds. Van Buren taking over from Nuss would signify the season is over.....And clearly the coaches do not think so.

So you're saying they aren't as good as Lane Kiffin and his staff? Did you know Ole Miss (staff, reporters, and Kiffin), clearly thought that Austin Simmons was better than Chambliss based purely on practice? That's the same with LSU right? Well here's where it differs. What they saw in Chambliss in the prior 2 games (one a cupcake and the other a horrendous Arkansas defense), made them keep Simmons on the bench while he was still dealing with an injury, and played Chambliss vs LSU.

LSU saw MVB hit accurate passes one after another vs SLU. They saw him fight for first downs by running the ball. It doesn't matter what defense you play, accuracy travels and willingness to run and put it all out there travels. The 4 best QBs in the SEC are Chambliss, Mateer, Pribula, and Pavia. They are all fearless runners and can pass the ball. All four are undefeated too.

LSU chooses not to use a weapon. They'd rather play hurt players than get backups reps and experience. Why in the hell was Trey'Dez Green out there? Donovan Green his very capable as a TE. Donovan was the #5 TE coming out of high school. He's a sophomore like Trey'Dez.

LSU needs to get their heads out their asses and do the right thing.

Of course. I am convinced of it.
I have seen him in the past with a cannon of an arm. Not right now.

I had someone call me yesterday and said it is all over twitter. Nuss is injured and is shutting it down and having surgery, his season is over. I don’t do twitter so I have no clue.

Haven’t seen that and I follow the reputable accounts. If he’s seeing this, it’s probably trolling.
But, there is one guy who I kinda respect who seems to be waiting on more information from a source regarding this.
I mean, it’s almost universally accepted that there must be an injury. Mostly, at this point, it’s all speculation about what they will do about it, if anything.
