Yet this entire board seems to blame O, aka denial.

Then why did he fricking hire him in the first place? You cannot spin this to be good for O.

Did O realize this when he hired him?

Everyone knows it, many choose to ignore it because it doesn't fit their shrimp boat narrative.

He fricked up when he hired him. A bigger frick up would be to retain him.

It fits juat fine when you realize the captain handpicked the supposed confrontational everywhere OC just a year ago.

Anything to bash the head coach no matter who it is.

Makes him look even worse for not properly vetting him.

Doesn't surprise me in the least that Orgeron is not a meticulous, details-oriented coach. It's aww about energy. Go tigahs.

O should have realized that before he hired him and signed him to a high-paying contract. O has his own history of confrontation with people.

Offensively speaking, he was the most qualified last year.

Does anyone realize that the last time O was HC he tried to hire Kiffin, couldn’t hired someone else and fired him after one year?

Does anyone realize last time O was HC he went 10-25?

Link to this history of confrontation?

The only reported incident was with Bert at Wisconsin because of meddling in the offensive game plan. Go figure.

When Canada stood up for himself, Bert backed down and Wisconsin scored 70 in the B1G championship game.

Look at the resume. Since 2010 he has been at 6 different schools. If he was a great OC he would have stuck somewhere by now. I thought it was off when we hired him but anyone we hire becomes a legend immediately. Without a QB nobody will have success here but you gotta get one to stay long enough to develop one. Bama has gone through coordinators a lot too and they aren't missing a beat.

He has a history of making bad QBs look good.
Etling had a better senior year than Matt Flynn in 2007.

1. Danny Freaking Etling
- He’s one of just five to throw for 2,000 yards in consecutive seasons,
- one of 10 to crack 4,000 career yards and is second
- set the highest mark ever for an LSU QB In Int ratio and Number 2 all time in the conference.
- Number 12 in effenciency in the Nation.
- Number 5 in yards per completion in the Nation.

He was Os handpicked OC. If you know he’s hard to get along with, you don’t hire him and make him the highest paid OC in the country
