He’s their number 1 guy and they didn’t go with him in the first game of a regional format series. They pitched off. I’m not sure why people have such a hard time with this lol

Because that’s not “pitching off”. Pitching off is starting bull pen guys or “mid week” starters to save the ace or top guys. If they start the “#1” guy on Saturday typically then it’s not “pitching off”.

LSU pitching Eyanson wouldn’t be pitching off either because he’s a viable ace in his own right

Good point. At most, it would be pitching backwards, if Flukey weren't already established as a Game 1 guy for them.

Fluker started their game 1 last Friday, so I anticipate Fluker will start game 1 (Saturday) of the championship series.

According to you they also "pitched off" for the first 4 weeks of the year.

So basically they "pitched off" like half the season with Morrison according to your dumbass

Excuse my ignorance, but I’m not familiar with what pitching off means

That means he is one of their game 1 guys. The other guy (Flukey) is ALSO one of their game 1 guys

Their other two guys aren’t aces and they platooned them. They didn’t just “start another ace”

But hey thanks for playing lol

If we didn’t have two studs like KA and AE maybe, but he can’t afford to take an L the first game by using a bullpen arm

Of course not, but you saying it does usually make it not true.
