Assuming there are ramifications from the NCAA investigation.
Also, do you thing Woodward was up front with BK about the severity of the allegations?
LSU is not SMU.

What does BK have to do with the NOA??

If woodward didn’t tell CBK the full scope of what he knew at the time, he should be fired

Why would he want to void $95M guaranteed

Brian Kelly would not be here if there were ramifications for the football program. He most certainly did his due diligence before leaving a program like Notre Dame.

I think BK accepted the role knowing the allegations, as well as planned punishments which is why he got guaranteed money. I also think maybe LR had originally accepted the role, and once we was told about the planned punishments, decided to go elsewhere. I expect a 2 year post season ban on Basketball, and I feel as if we may lose visits for sports. I wouldn't doubt if they give us a 1 year ban for other sports just to spite us.

Why are you fantasizing about this?
Posted on 3/16/22 at 1:29 pm to geauxkoo
Football has already self-imposed penalties. No other penalties will be placed on football.
Posted on 3/16/22 at 1:29 pm to geauxkoo
Everything about football in the NOA was already public knowledge and self-sanctioned.

First line of the contract

But there was Wade stuff that Woodward and the Board of Supervisors did not know until very recently. Wade lied to SW and the BOS and told them there was no substance to the "strong arse offer" stuff, just embarrassing appearances. And there were no other skeletons.
I am told that this is how WW stayed on at LSU when all of the wiretap first became public.
Now we know there was more.
This has nothing to do with BK and i am sure BK and SW talked candidly about the football issues.

If Coach terminates his employment at any time while Scott Woodward is actively employed and serving as LSU's Athletic Director, Coach will pay to LSU liquidated damages based on the date of termination (between $2-4M).
No liquidated damages will be due by Coach if, on the date of termination, Scott Woodward is not actively employed as Athletic Director of LSU.
He doesn't need cause. He can terminate at any time just depends on if Woodward is still in charge regarding if he owes the school $.

LR was never offered the job. Fact!

Let's hope you don't make decisions in real life...
