Its 2023 my guy. The game is played in the air. This isn't 2003 Nick Saban or the 2011 7-3 games of the Les Miles era.

Daniels has gotten no better give Nuss a warm up game next week and let’s see what he has against Miss St. I think he deserves a shot he’s been a remarkable team guy the whole time through this

My 10000ft summary of this game was Travis made pass plays a la Burrow when he got chased from the pocket. Daniels did not.

LSU fans always pick the lowest hanging fruit on the tree. Is JD elite? No but he is about number 15 on the problems list with this team. It starts with play calling and O line play and ends with poor receiver play. This team was over hyped and people fall for it every time.. Honestly the offense wasn’t why we lost the game. It’s called defense and our secondary. Got to recruit better and coach them up.

LSU fans always make excuses for shitty QB play and blame every other position. Every other position on the roster has to play an error free, 100% perfect game for QB criticism to be allowed.

Daniel has maxed out as a QB and this team can’t take another step forward with him at the helm

It’s like people thought he was gonna become CJ Stroud just from being coached by Kelly.

JD has a ceiling and I believe he’s already there. I know we’re not gonna move on to Nuss at this moment but we really shouldn’t expect to see Daniels progress anymore as we go along. Need to figure out ways to set him up for success given his current ability - because this is as good as it gets with him.

I’d like to see what Nuss can do as the starter. I’ll take a few downfield interceptions over drive stopping horrible throws and taking so many sacks.

JD is Jordan Jefferson with better legs. He rarely completes a pass over 10 yds downfield. After all of the talk during the off-season about that aspect of his game improving I saw enough last night to realize that it hasn’t.

JD is to BK what JJ was to Miles. BK will not make a QB change. Otherwise Nuss would’ve have been put into the game last night once we knew we weren’t going to win.

Simple; Daniels had a bad game and wasn't ready to play a big game on the road. His passing was below average. His decision making was below average. He played much better the last 6 games last year.

Nope. He will never admit that he was wrong. He went all-in on JD when he came to LSU. Now he will double down and find something else to blame for this team’s struggles.

uess you didn’t see the defensive issues from last night. Is the qb all we are going to talk about? The real concern we all should have is House the way he used Perkins and the db’s .

Yep, saw that too.

But, JD is JD, he does not have it. Great kid and great runner but not an elite QB.

Jd is the starter. That being said, Nuss needs meaningful snaps. This year is going to see 8 -10 wins and another cheez it type bowl. The future is bright, but it goes through nuss.

Nuss looked good against UGAs 2nd string last year. I remember he looked like a complete idiot against Southern and gifted them 7 points.

He should have been in the gameplan from the start. He should start this weekend.
