He’ll stay until he gets a better offer. Hopefully we’ll get another national championship out of it before he goes.

There is no better offer in college football than Head Coach at LSU. He has said this and I believe him. Lane's irreverent personality is a perfect match for us. He gets it, with his quote about " an LSU win has everybody in the state waking up in a good mood on Sunday morning." CLK has gotten a sniff of the Pro game, and he very obviously has embraced this new NIL college game. He has seen Saban's regret of jumping to the NFL, and that is very much burned into his brain.
He won't leave unless he does something stupid; immoral or illegal.

You sound like a scorned bitch. Also 4 yrs isn't a dynasty. But I see Lane being extremely happy here and Nick has told him of his mistake of leaving here. Lane has done the NFL. It's not for everyone.

Roger Goodell wants absolutely NO part of Lane Kiffin in his organization.

I can't envision another college drawing him away from LSU. Is there a school out there that is a step up as far as football?
Of course there are nicer areas, nicer campuses, close to beaches, etc.
But I don't see it happening if LSU keeps up with NIL and coaching funding. I think he is at a point in life where he could want a Saban like dynasty. What he did at OM is very similar to what Saban did at LSU except for the natty.

I think the biggest attraction would be giving the NFL another shot. But I think that would have to happen within the next 5-8 yrs with the shift to younger HC's. But if he stays here 6-8 yrs, I think he stays a very long time. The fickleness in the NFL where you have to perform and improve or you are gone. Granted if he flopped again in the NFL he would be like Saban and everyone would be kicking the door down.
