Hill claims he didn't throw the bat at the dugout....and if you think about it it would have been pretty hard to do on purpose.

Who knows?.....fact is ULL were some real bitches back then....it seems to have leveled off lately...of course they were pretty fresh off a CWS appearance then so that could have done it to them.

This is lsua&m@br world series. So they throw their aces. So I would guess they have more wins.
Nah, ULL has a .177 team batting average. No need for LSU to waste one of its aces.

I know LSU beat them 12-2 twice on Sunday in 2002.

yikes, had to go to their website to confirm, but yep .177 team BA and 2.54 runs per game. Granted, their schedule has been very tough thus far with a 3 game series against Texas on the road and games against Vandy, State, and Kentucky last weekend, but that's still pathetic. Pitching appears to be solid thus far, however.

Heath hit a two run bomb earlier in the game and flipped off the ULL dugout as he rounded 3rd

No he didn't, he pointed in the dugout.

Why am I unimpressed or insulted by this as a LSU fan? Because it’s not impressive or insulting!

Oooh La La fans suck at insults.

One day, if y’all try really hard, ULL will become LSU’s little Louisiana brother. Tulane has been a regular in the NCAA postseason, having made 21 NCAA Regional Appearances as well as 3 Super Regionals and 2 trips to the College World Series. Until ULL can surpass this they are LSU’s little cousins.

I still don’t get the problem y’all have with Lafayette.
ULM loves Monroe.

I always get a good laugh at a few years ago when their bats were on fire until they got to the postseason, couldn’t use their rolled bats anymore, and got stomped by real teams.

Who is "ULL"?

Louisville WANTS to be known as "U of L"

Therefore a university in Louisiana is free to use "UL" since it is not taken by Louisville.

Everybody prepare for a litany of "That's Baseball's" from the Pump Lump Nut Butter MA's if the Tigers happen to lose this "Not Important" Wednesday game.

Just Win so we wont have to endure any excuses from all the meek and non-competitive cheerleader types..........

No University in Louisiana is allowed to use those letters unless the city is behind it. How hard is that for a school to follow? Why Lafayette is the exception to the rule is beyond me.
