Last year I thought we had NO chance before kickoff and then honestly we should’ve won. This year I believe our team is better at football (not necessarily more talented but a better team) and Alabama is worse.

So could we win? Sure! Would I say it’s likely? No I think the 25-30% shot I’ve seen is about right.

Win or lose, this team has been fun to watch grow up this season and I’m just excited to have excitement in watching LSU play football again.

bama is gonna be pumped. they need the win to keep their goals alive. unfortunately, they are the more talented club

I do not believe LSU will beat BAMA. Honest question: Who on LSU’s starting 22 would start for BAMA?

I could see 2 or 3 from the receiver group. Other than that, maybe Perkins?

I think we can, hope we can, but if I had to bet 10k, I'd bet Bama.

Im with Dat.

PS As long as Billy the tool OBrien is the OC, LSu will always have a decent chance.

Actually, at this point, no we don't. Maybe in two years we will match the talent. But, that doesn't mean we can't win.

I don’t expect it, but I wouldn’t be shocked. This Bama is not up to their normal standards.

The last two years had to be more fun but, yeah - this is a big week or so for them.

Nobody thought that Curley Hallman's team could beat an undefeated and defending national champion, but he did.

So it can happen

No proof but gotta feel like there was a Miss Laveau involved in that game somehow.

Honestly I would be very surprised if we win.

We have a puncher's chance, but Alabama is the better and deeper team. O is improvig and will be fun to watch the rest of the year; but Bama's D is way better than Floria and Ole Miss. Defensively at times LSU has played very well but Alabama is very complete and can attack you in a number of ways unlike Ole Miss and Florida that rely a lot more on the run... ST not a strength this year.

In the not so distant future we will match up better now that we have a solid, mature and organized HC in charge.
