Sammy, I get what you’re trying to say…
But she DID address the Griner situation. And Mulkey is on the record many times saying that she will not talk about private matters(relationships, old players, etc) in public for the specific reason that her words have been spun by the press over and over.
So her stance is…..you’re not getting a response out of me…..and you can take that however the frick you want
And kudos to her for it.
Did it hurt her recruiting? No
Did it hurt her coaching? No
Did it affect her ability to do her job? No

Petty crime in the USA yes....not a petty crime in Russia and she was in Russia. What Americans think about it is irrelevant, it holds no bearing in Russia. If you go to another country you must abide by their laws or either don't go.
