Georgetown was getting some heavy recruits out of New Orleans from the mid 80’s to early 90’s. Dwayne Bryant, Perry McDonald, Jaren Jackson, Duane Spencer was the last one.

Add Calvin Natt to the north Louisiana list. He who averaged more than 17 points per game and scored more than 10,000 points in his NBA career. Born in Monroe, played at Northeast Louisiana.

Not really. He was a Tim Floyd lock. Once the money at ISU got right and Timmy headed to Ames Marcus was following.
Tim was Marcus’ God father or something along those lines. Very tight since Marcus was young.
