Left the game with one out in the 6th, 4-2 lead. Bullpen gave up 2 in the 7th. No decision.

He pitched better, but they are going to send him back to the minors according to MLB network.

This is what I hate about baseball. I know we're interested because he's a former LSU player and all but it seems that in baseball stats and individual accomplishments are more important than team wins and losses.

what you hate about baseball is that LSU fans care more about how Gausman pitches than how the Orioles do?

are you stupid?

Ditto pilot

I'm an orioles fan kind of now because of him. It's good for LSU to have guys do well in the majors. It's pretty difficult to understand obviously....

He pitched very good. His fastball was great in the high 90s and his change was spot on. He had almost no breaking ball which is why he may go down to work on that slider/curve.

He has really good stuff and will certainly be on a roster in the big leagues next year. He will probably be back when the rosters expand this fall as well.

The Orioles know they have a gem...

Yep there are teams in the MLB that if a player is on it from LSU I would hope our guy who play lights out pitch well or hit well but everyone else suck.

I wouldn't care if the Yankees became LSU northeast I still wouldn't pull for them.

He's only being sent down because the bullpen got extended with the extra innings last night. They need another arm for today. He won't be in the minors for long.

Its been a case of Jekyll & Hyde for Gausman. He has been significantly better in his two starts at Camden Yards. In those outings against the potent Red Sox and Detroit Tigers, Gausman had a 2.38 ERA.

He has a 12.15 mark in his three other big league starts, which came on the road against Toronto, Washington and Tampa Bay.

Seriously?

I couldnt give a shite if the Os only win when KG starts, much less if they ever win. You are really butt hurt because people on an LSU boar dont care about the Orioles?
