Big Pharma provides 40% of the revenue to MSM so they can control the narrative. They Don;t really need to advertise because they have the doctors in their pocket also.

You are probably thinking about Voodoo Gumbo in Bellevue, TN, also west of Nashville. Was really good when it first opened and has gone downhill a little, but still good. I wouldn’t waste time going to the one in Sante Fe, it’s not very good.

I found this somewhere on the world wide web and ordered some because my wife can't tolerate gluten. I thought it was very good. I ordered 6 more jars of the stuff. I would recommend.

Are there any recommendations for a transplanted coonass living in Tennessee to order fresh seafood online. Looking for crawfish tails, crabmeat, shrimp, etc. Also, possibly boudin, tasso, sausage, etc. Hard to find good stuff up here in hillbilly country.

I will concur with VooDoo Gumbo in Bellevue. It is legit, the owners are from the New Orleans area. I've tried Papa Boudreaux twice. First time was almost decent. Second time was some of the most putrid crap I ever put in my mouth. Never again.

My wife can't have gluten so I have found that millet flour is the best flour to use for gluten free roux. The texture is a little different, but in the end, you can't really tell the difference.
