Did it affect game planning? Energy? Or was UCLA just better?

Didn’t seem to hurt Tulane that much. They gave a much better match to OU than we did to UCLA

This game was the equivalent of watching the Three Stooges paint a house. Only bright spot was watching Boutte.

If anything it should’ve been a motivator for the team.

That 75 yard touchdown pass knocked the momentum out of us.

Game planning should be easier to organize when you have all your guys in one place. Energy shouldn't be a factor because they all looked healthy in the game. UCLA was better that night in every facet of the game.

These kids were probably worried the day the storm hit and the day after, but they know they have a job to do.

You mean their first score? That’s a problem then isn’t it?

They can't play that card after last season. Its Miss St 2.0, just unprepared, poorly coached and outplayed in every aspect of the game. Nothing has changed

I think it has an impact but certainly not a reason for that shite show. No excuses please. You play with the cards your dealt and adversary is part of real life. You deal with it.

No. Baton Rouge wasn’t affected and they got to take a vacation practicing in the Texans facilities. I’m
sure they were more excited to practice there for a week, and not have to worry about school, then practicing and going to school back at home.

Derek Goebbels is working on a story now about how distracted our players were all week as our city and state were in shambles. This on top of already losing our QB that was poised to have a Heisman run was just too much to overcome

The coaches being incompetent and the players not having any heart isn’t due to the hurricane
