LSU beat Clemson, and the Clenson fans were super butthurt, and rather classless afterwards.

I was there, but don't remember any of that. Guess I was too young. Any specifics you know of?

Waiting on the MARTA train afterwards there was nearly a huge fight that sprung from Clemson fans talking smack.

I was there, but didn't see that stuff because I was covering the game for student media. Awesome time, though.

I was there but must say they were classless before the game too. And still are. I live in ATL so I see them all year. I'll be there tonight.

I was there. Had some tempers flare before the game, but after everything was fine.

Must have been an isolated incident, but there was some trash talk going on before we got on the train and after everyone crammed on. It was bad to have a mix of fans in such tight quarters. We had a great time and there wasn't a fight. I just witnessed some assholery from Clemson folks, and that is the only interaction I've ever had with them.

Wasn't nearly as bad as the 2001 championship game vs. Tenessee. Those people are pure scum.

I was there as a student. I also somehow ended up on stage at the Clemson prep rally in front of thousands singing with a live band. I was singing Ride Sally Ride and throwing out some go LSUs and a few tiger baits. That trip is nothing but a blur from the alcohol...

I was there.
Actually on the field with a hookup field pass.

In those days we just appreciated winning.
I miss those days.

I was there. I remember David Lefleur dropping an easy touchdown and LSU's side of the GA dome running out of liquor beer by halftime and LSU's side flooded Clemson's side the entire 2nd half

I am positive that the LSU fans were all sober, quiet and humble in victory.

I was there and had no issues with the Clemson fans. I lived in Charleston, S.C. at the time and my Christmas present was two Peach Bowl tickets with a room at the Omni Hotel. Pre-game parade and Fanfest was a blast because our fans came in huge numbers.

Memorable moment was blocking Clemson's field goal attempt with a minute left to seal the win. The GA Dome erupted...
