Dawkins wasn’t even caught paying players for college programs he was caught paying players and assistant coaches on behalf of an agency. It’s not even a chain of illegal activity minus the Wade involvement it’s a totally different type of issue. Irish has no idea what he’s talking about he’s just making shite up.

Until there is evidence that a recruit or his family received $$$ or even testimony that they were offered $$$ to attend LSU and play MBB, I will believe the NCAA will not be punishing LSU at all.

They can’t hide it, you’ll see them post stuff like “he’s not a good game coach anyway” or “he can’t coach defense.” These people don’t care about the moral or ethical angle at all and some have even admitted it.

That’s the real point here. Allegations are worthless if there’s no proof. Everyone allegedly involved on our side has already gone on record denying any wrongdoing.

There’s nothing new to this at all. It’s simply a calculated regurgitation of old news in what has become a toothless smear campaign by 3-4 media hacks. It’s not even in the headlines but you’ve got idiots proclaiming the end of Will’s reign.

It’s not about being a homer, it’s about being intelligent enough to understand the facts as they exist rather than subscribing to assumptions and lynch mob groupthink

Totally agree. Nobody else is even talking about it.

It begs the question about statute of limitations. With every day that passes and nothing happens you’d think we’d move away from this but I think in 10 years we will still have people bringing this shite up arguing that he’s a cheater simply bc they don’t like Will Wade.

Anytime I ask one of our star investigative team that question it touches a nerve. Just proves it’s about them being right not about the truth or the prosperity of LSU basketball.

Most of them are on the anti Wade agenda because they are so damn insecure about Orgeron. They can't handle other people celebrating the success of another coach, even if that coach is at LSU, because they take it as a shot at Orgeron. They are O fans, above LSU. I don't know if Irish Dumb arse falls into this category, but Lester and Pirate Bitch certainly do.

21-10 isn’t what I’d classify as “success”. This year’s squad played on par to below par for its talent level all season. The preseason schedule was weak and the SEC was rather weak this year. Calling this team successful is a stretch.

Back to back NCAA Tournaments (or would have been anyway) isn't a success given where the program was when Wade took it over? You are only proving what I said previously to be truthful.
