I have no doubt he’s got good intentions but once he’s informed of the pros and cons it’s likely he changes his mind.
I’d love to have him back but it’s just not in his best interest financially.

It's possible that horse riding was for a story for the Butkus, or the bowl game, or for some news article or something. Riding a horse in the stadium isn't some magic sign that he is not coming back.

There is no "should go" or "should stay." The guy has earned the right to choose whichever course he decides. Most people would elect to go pro, but he may not be "most people."
