There hasn’t been anything saying he shot at a family member. Just that he shot into the ground.

Do you think it’s mentally stable to pull a gun during an argument and then fire it anywhere?

Yeah lots of people accidentally get into hit and runs and kill people then circle the accidents then flee the scene.

Also lots of people take guns and shoot it at their family members after arguments then get into high speed chases and celebrate in games by pretend shooting people.

It's all just normal behavior...

No offense, and I get what you're saying, but you're literally making some things up that didn't happen .
It seems like you're doing so to make him look as bad as possible, there's really no need for that,he fricked up and is dead with a very little amount of people feeling sorry for him . There's no need to add in stuff that's never been reported.

He never fired at a family member and it's never been reported he circled the wreck.

Right. As in the car he was trying to pass hit the car that was avoiding him.

LSP didn’t say that. Lacy could have been passing the car behind the Kia Sorento.

At no point would Lacy have been behind the person that was hit. That doesn’t make any sense

It does.

But KL's attorney said KL was behind the Hill car and the other car swerved into them hitting head on.

He then said KL drove past them and continued down the road and even stated that how many accidents have we all driven by?

KL's attorney said he was pissed how all of this was handled

Is this your first experience hearing how an attorney defends their client in a case like this?

That's so much better

Yeah because it is completely fricking normal behavior to shoot the ground after an argument. It's okay as long as it wasn't at her sister.

You are either a fan of American duels in the 17 and 1800s or you are retarded. No sane individual fricking blasts gunshots into the ground after an argument

I don't know about that, it feels pretty good to unload a clip, into a tree or the ground, when you're extremely mad.
I've done it multiple times and have no charges like he did

No. I have 20+ years experience in the legal field.

DA never accepted charges against KL. Accident happened in December. 4 months and no charges.

Speaks volumes.

It is better that he shot into the ground.

Why are you filled with so much hatred for KL.

LSU fans eat their own.

I cringe when someone says “ex-marine”. I don’t think you’re intentionally being disrespectful, but a Marine will tell you, “Once a Marine, always a Marine”.

I’m not a Marine, but that’s their culture and I respect that.

Which means what, you were a secretary to an attorney?

I was a paralegal. We know more than newbie attorneys.

You're assuming it was anger.

I read elsewhere that he said he was suicidal when he was with the family members. Maybe he shot the gun INTO THE GROUND to put some space between them to get away. I think he felt trapped. You don't know what happened there.

Cringe away.

I cringe that the media and others made such a big deal that the guy who died was military like no other lives matter.

I cringe that every picture they showed of KL was in an orange jumpsuit. Very prejudicial in my book.

Saying ex marine is easier than typing out the word retired.

I could but I didn't.

You do you and don't be concerned about the words I choose.

Ex-paralegal is fine by me. I have been retired for 15 years.

You're not hurting my feelings by saying that.

It was not in anger. Kyren was hell bent on taking his life that night. Family tried to intervene. There's a lot more to this that eventually will come out. I know more to this story. People are making a bunch of incorrect assumptions.

How would we find that out?

if you listen to the interview with the lawyer posted in this thread, it sounds like he will continue to try and clear his name. obviously won’t be in court so I’m not sure exactly.

We'll never know what the grand jury might have done. I assume other facts will come out in the civil trial.

I expect the other defendant is whoever hit the Halls' vehicle. The allegations against that person are likely very different from the allegations against Lacy and don't rise to a criminal degree. I don't give much weight to an additional defendant who was not charged criminally based on the facts that are out there now. The vehicle that hit the Halls' vehicle was trying to avoid an accident and caused one in doing so.

That stretch curvy of highway through Chackbay has a long history of fatal accidents. Unfortunately this wasn't the first & it will not be the last.

More cringe.

People are in KL and Kenny Lacy's Facebook pages calling him names, saying their glad he's dead and all kinds of terrible things.

He wasn't a thug. He gave away Thanksgiving dinners to people.

All I know is that he has 2 little brothers and parents in a lot of pain over this entire ordeal.

I am very saddened that he didn't trust the legal process since the DA had not accepted any charges against him.

All of the media and judgmental assholes didn't help his psyche. Accidents of all kinds happen and we all did stupid shite when we were younger. No one is innocent of stupidity.

Everything I have read about him was that he was a good kid. Good kids do dumb shite too. It wasn't murder because there was no premeditation.

There are some cruel MFers out there in social media land.
