He'll make it to the league and be one of those players who shine then commentators in the NFL will be talking about how he came from LSU and how he was under used.. WE HAVE TO MUCH frickING TALENT TO NOT MAKE IT TO THE PLAYOFFS

I have never heard a commentator say this, and you haven't either. They are always very complimentary of our program in terms of development.

There's a long list of players who are wasted at LSU but perform well in the NFL

One thing that puzzles me about miles.... He is a classic big ten coach, minus the use of the TEs. Look at the likes of Iowa and mich St yesterday. Big use of the TEs in passing situation. It's the best part of the big ten offense and that's the part he left up there

Coaches need to change the philosophy.

I agree they're misused.... big "but" here.... any HS TE recruit should know better than to come here if they expect to catch the ball.

belive me or not but he's considering transferring and I don't fricking blame him!

Pretty sure they have targeted him 8 times this year and he hasn't dropped ONE ball.

Are we gong to have even one first team all SEC player for this season? Possibly Fournette, but he probably gets beat by Henry. Debo is a possibility.

We don't have a lot of talent on this team.

OK Jimmy. So why is Jeter 4th in receptions on the team? Why not Smith? Since you know everything going on in the program, why is Jeter favored not only by the coaches, but by the qb?

He might make it as a TE in the NFL, but he needs to improve blocking or maybe he will make it as a big WR possibly. Seems like a long shot but you never know. Could develop next season into a go to type WR/TE

So you don't think those guys wouldn't have played more if they weren't hurt? I guarantee you they would have.

Sounds like a guess.

I'm guessing he was hurt? No that's a fact.

Any way the last TE from LSU to do anything in the NFL was Robert Royal. So it's not like LSU had been pumping out tes even before Miles. And Miles has the most productive TE in LSU history in Richard Dickson. Never caught a pass in the NFL.
