Guice does so well in power cleans because that is the bread and butter at catholic. Most of our boys are cleaning at least 250 senior year

I don't think some of the people on TD realize how much strength it takes to clean 355. Obviously the people that think it's light have never cleaned before or they just started crossfit a week ago.

Yes, kilos as in eleiko plates. Which are distributed in kilos, because the rest of the world uses the metric system...

Hell Rickey Jefferson power cleaned 315 a few weeks ago and people thought that wasn't impressive.......looks like Rickey Jefferson would be an alpha dog at Ole Miss.....

355 is a lot. This wasn't an ole miss hate thread. Just wanted to show how strong some of our guys were.

I feel like most didn't have context when downplaying Rickey Jefferson.

LSU's strength and conditioning programs are second to none. I dont think that has ever been in question. .

Not for a supposed all world defensive lineman. Northern and Deshotel destroyed that.

Nimdickey is highly overrated! If a HS RB comes in cleaning as much as a supposed 1st round pick.......either our cruit is Legit as hell......or someone is vastly overrated

I am no bodybuilder but power cleans look pretty tough. Doing that move with 355 pounds is incredible.

I really don't remember my clean max. Bench was 420. Squat was 650, same as high school but without the use of a squat suit and knee wraps.
