Piggy backing off the popular Rickey Jefferson power clean video from a few weeks ago. If you recall, some people were giving Jefferson "shite" for only doing 315. Just put it in some perspective, this is the Ole Miss top 10 from a few weeks ago.
Guice is reportedly over 350, and David Ducre would crack that top 10 as well.

The weights are in kilos.

The plates are kilos, not the actual numbers on the board, which are pounds converted from kilos.

LSU prob has just about every weight plate you can imagine.
some converted to lbs from KG are .5, 1, 2, 3, lbs. Some of the heavier ones can be 52.5 or 27.5 lbs

The weights these in college weight rooms are rubber coated and in kilos for the multiple techniques taught.

You are so dumb. The weights listed in that pic are in lbs. But the actual weights that are lifted are made in kilos
Eliko is the official weigh manufactuer for olympic lifts that most teams use and they are a european company. The weight increments are in kilos. And are converted to lbs for these purposes.
