Yeah, there is no football town in America like... Boulder, CO. Now, if he was talking about p00n, that is different. Those hippie chicks like weed and have questionable morals.

I had CU season tickets for 10 years. I am a fan . That said, Colorado should never ever be used favorably with any comparison with LSU, on the field, fan culture, branding, etc. it the Yankees vs the Mudhens.

Deion Sanders has changed the face of college football, at least from a marketing standpoint.

Thank you for quoting this article because I refuse to read it after that sentence. He didn’t change shite.

quote:

“Them boys be turnt up online. Anybody that says something about Colorado, them boys are like a full fledged attack”

However, it is quotes like this one, and them beating TCU, that had fans screaming that a “culture change was coming” in college football. They wouldn’t say what type of culture change… hmmm…

I even saw one guy on TV say something like “The Bama’s, Georgia’s, LSU’s of the world are begging to get Deion on the phone right now” because of the “culture change” after they started 3-0.

A year later I guess the experiment is over. Boring and nerdy guys who mostly have beer guts and ugly wives compete for championships. The “cool guys” look better in sunglasses and “swag” though, I guess.

I didn’t like how he acted this past season and the media lovefest surrounding him, but I actually like what he said. You know that he knows Colorado isn’t LSU, but he’s pumping them up like they are. Might as well be proud of what you have and get your fanbase excited when they have no other reason to be excited.

Don’t get me wrong, LSU, all these legendary teams have insane fanbases,

I love it. When he thinks of legendary teams, he thinks LSU. Nothing wrong with a sentence that links LSU + legendary + insane fanbase. Great. Good for our brand. Keep mentioning LSU.

Sounds more like he's saying their fans are literally insane people.

Though this one might be out of Barbara Billingsley’s range. Maybe Eddie Haskell can help.

Are they talking about internet posters? Really?

Someone needs to introduce them to tigerdroppings.
