I can see them bringing Marshall on slowly due to the injury last year but Chase showed week 1 that he should be heavily involved.

Wouldn't shock me. I don't see a way both he, Sullivan, and Dillon come back next year.

Good thing EDDY O said he was gonna stop this trend!

just because your friend/coworker/family member said this doesnt mean it's true, dont push rumors

He is probably gone if that's what people are hearing. It happens every year here. The culture at LSU is already so locked in to the 3 years and off to the draft thing that it is going to be extremely hard to reverse at this point. Les started a culture in which he didn't know he wouldn't be able to recover from.

Does he speak Canadian?

he wont get drafted!! big mistake!!

Anderson will never make an NFL team imo.

I honestly don't know why any top receivers come to LSU
Beckham and Landry legacy maybe? Other than that I haven't the slightest idea.

I expect ALL draft eligible players to leave even if they arent ready.
Great if some stay, but wont be shocked at any of the, bolting.

I've pretty much decided all draft eligible players leave and just prepare for the worst. If they come back it's a pleasant surprise. I'd be genuinely surprised if Fulton comes back, for instance.
I really wish that Orgeron could somehow change the culture of so many players leaving early. I know it happens everywhere, but it seems to happen to us every damn year. We could have a special team if the majority of these guys come back.

Why would he stay? He is easily the 3rd best receiver on this team but continually gets under used. Dee has NFL size and needs to get some proper coaching. I'd leave if I were him. It isn't like another year would really benefit him. I mean lets be honest here. No WR is going to look amazing in an Ensminger offense, and the Sullivan experiment failed.

He IMO does not have the maturity to truly live on his own yet even with NFL minimum salary money. Think he needs another year of maturing and to play a full season where is not in the doghouse as others have alluded to. Our WR rotations have been maddening and he should have gotten more snaps, but I just what I have heard he hates school
Its that time of the year when fans think they know whats best for guys when it comes to the NFL draft. We have no clue why Anderson has been on and off the field at LSU. Its been all speculation/rumors. Coach O never came out and spoke on it publicly. We have no clue what these guys are going through in their personal lives. If a kid wants to gamble on himself and take a chance, then so be it...

It's a pretty crowded depth chart at WR, and Jefferson is clearly on top of it with the two freshmen right behind him, going forward. I'd be shocked if all of the other receivers returned. Honestly, we need some attrition whether by transfer of the draft there for roster management reasons.

We need 9 players to transfer or leave early if we sign a full 25 this year. Spots like this where upperclassmen are in the middle of the depth chart are prime for transferring or leaving early. Combine that with not liking school or having to sit out a year if you are not graduating unless you transfer to a lower level, and some may take their chances on making a practice squad instead.

How do these kids not understand that there is more to playing football than being talented?
If Dee Anderson wants to maximize his future earnings, here's what he should do:
1. Get with Burrow and have throwing sessions 3 times a week.
2. Hire a footwork specialist and speed trainer and spend the next nine months working with them twice a week.
3. When not working with Burrow, catch hundreds of passes off of JUGS machines.
4. Take the weight room more seriously than he has ever done before in his life.
5. Study film every time he thinks about watching NetFlix
6. Commit to a nutrition plan for the offseason that is Tom Brady-like.
7. Go to class, study and get his degree.
If he does these things, I guarantee - GUARANTEE - that he will be a monster next season and, with his measurables, be a high round draft pick.
It's so simple. But yet it is so hard to do if you are an undisciplined kid.

Why would he think he’s draft worthy. Meager production and hardly a household name.
Posted on 11/29/18 at 11:57 am to treysnaves
He would get drafted as he has all the phsical tools. Great size and catch radius with sticky hands and good speed for his size. He would have a breakout year if he stays but i could see him going. Hoping he stays

no. The guy has 27 receptions and 1 TD in 3 years. At a certain point, NFL teams aren't going to draft a player because he was a highly rated recruit out of high school. He's done basically nothing at this level to warrant being drafted. We've had more productive and more talented players than Dee Anderson go undrafted.
You should look up former LSU receiver James Wright.
