There’s not a single vestige of Wade’s tenure here that remains. Invoking his name when discussing this team’s results is ludicrous. Obviously there’s no further down you can be than “last place” but I don’t think that’s making the point you think it is.
It’s completely illogical and somehow he thinks it’s a slam dunk argument. There isn’t a universe that exists where you can logically think that Wade is to blame for CoachMc’s failure 4 years into his program.

Maybe Wade could be blamed for not volunteering to teach CoachMc how to actually coach.

So the end of the story is LSU can’t win in hoops without cheating.

Bill Self was in the same report and won a national championship two months later in New Orleans. Go frick yourself.

It’s not isolated to LSU. College basketball has always paid players. John Wooden’s UCLA had a very famous booster. Duke bought Zion a house. And it’s also not relegated to basketball only, football players have been paid forever - including LSU.

… I’m trying to dissect this phrase.. are you saying that Wade couldn’t win with McFrauds players?.. I bet Wade could win more than 15 SEC games in 4 years with McFraud’s players..one can coach, the other one should have been a florist instead…

This is just patently false because the program was in a better place the moment he left. We have just regressed for four years.

Take it easy, dude. Being last means that there is room for improvement and nowhere to go but up.

McHallman has hired an entire staff full incompetent assistants as well; he's surrounded himself with coaches just as bad as himself.

I'm talking "Brad Davis" level bad.

They all collecting a nice fat paycheck from LSU for doing absolutely nothing to make a difference in the team W-L record.

McMahon owns his own failures, but Wade owns why we got McMahon in the first place. If Wade plays by the rules, he’s still here.

The NCAA is toothless and LSU football was put on “probation”. The basketball was sacrificed for football is often repeated, but I’ve yet to see any evidence posted in these last 4 years.

No, the end of the story is NOBODY CAN WIN without cheating.

From the mighty Nick Saban, John Wooden, Denny Crum, Pitino, Calipari, Jim Gayheim, even the HOLIER than everyone else COACH K at DUKE!!!

Do you really believe our 2019 football team played for us without illegal payments to players and families?? Say out loud that they came here only for room, board, and tuition, and think about how RIDICULOUS that sounds!!

You can run a clean program, or you can win, but you CANNOT do both.

The only POSSIBLE exception (still highly doubtful), is Bobby Knight. And how he got Isaiah Thomas out of Chicago for free would be the epitome of a miracle.

Does anyone really believe that just because we have NIL now that BAGS OF CASH aren't still being dropped regularly to these dudes??

I'm really trying to ask this question nicely. How can you be so naive about how big time college sports work??? Please explain.
