To be fair he said high school players.

Only 2 mentioned were not. So you're ignoring the bulk of the post.

He said out of state HIGH SCHOOL players, not out of state COLLEGE PLAYERS.

You're ignoring majority of the post when only 2 of the players mentioned were transfers. SMH

I don’t think it’s universal or as broad as you do but there are definitely specific areas where you’d better be absolutely sure the player can exist away from home. L.A. and the Miami area are probably the biggest examples but it is certainly a thing.

Not ignoring, just saying to be fair. You mentioned national title winning QBs and had a sentence about transfers from out of state.

I agree it's stupid to disregard out of state high school players.

It’s such a waste of time and resources recruiting out of state high school players.

Rarely do they make an impact
Are you fricking stupid?

Thats overly simplistic. Say goodbye to our last 3 National Championship QBs, Patrick Peterson, Jamal Adams, Joseph Addai, Danielle Hunter, Sam Montgomery, Kwon Alexander, and several others. Not to mention our last 2 Heisman trophy winners although were transfers were out of state. Does LSU always need Louisiana players? Yes but you can't just ignore out of state players. Rarely will you be able to get every position of need if you concentrate on just Louisiana. C'mon man.
.

I believe everyone you mentioned other than Sam Montgomery is from our classic recruiting areas though, TX, MS, AL, Georgia, FL.

Hence why you always need to take out of state recruits from the HS ranks smh.
