Do they do season long PFF scores? I'd like to see that v. Texas game for our OL.

Deculus has earned his right as starter, for other than Burrow, he has made the biggest improvement jump from last year. He may grade out as a guard in the NFL like Pocic, but for now, he is doing a solid job!!!

They graded Sam Bradford as the best QB in the NFL in 2016. That should tell you everything you need to know about PFF. Next Gen stats are fun and they provide some so that’s cool but as for their grading scale, it’s terrible. Rosenthal isn’t a top 6 lineman for us right now, he may not even be 7th.

Rt and Lt are totally different. Some players play better at one side or the other. You can't just move a guy to the other side and expect the same performance.

I've got individual game grades. From Texas:

LT: Charles - 70.6
LG: Magee - 63.2
C: Cushenberry - 65.7
RG: Lewis - 66.3
RT: Deculus - 57.6

No real standouts but no true stinkers either. Charles really did a pretty good job, Deculus a little below where you'd want someone but he picked things up in the other games at least.

Link?

I found this:
Week 16-season PFF NFL QB Rankings

15th there, but says he just uses the grades as a guide. Hard to imagine Bradford would ever be ranked #1. His grading is only 81.4 which is way lower than a lot of other QBs. So not sure you're right here.

I like how you think ...
weakest link and all that ... Which Deculus is!

Fact is Deculus is improved this year and a tad quicker ... enough to keep those Bama shite flies off Jeaux ... We shall see Nov 9

I’m a huge Rosenthal fan and can tell you he’s a project that’s gotta lotta technique to get down ... Watched him get beat on the inside vs GSU and Joe took a vicious hit ... THE ONLY BIG HIT JOE TOOK THAT GAME ... just saying

We’ll have our pick of the recruiting plums soon ...

Now with this new offense what type linemen do you recruit ... That’s another thread

Next year, Deculus and Charles are seniors. If Dare is as good as they think he can be and Charles keeps on “playing” pissing off the coaches ... What do you think happens

What about linemen standing around after they missed their block. Noticed this too many times.

No argument there. I hate it. I mean really hate that. Get a hat on somebody (opponent please, don't be like UF).

Notice how Texas lineman were hitting somebody right up to and just a little bit after the whistle. Any defender they could find. That wears on the defenders, mentally and physically.

A 'sense of urgency' needs to be 'drilled' into them, drilled so hard there is no doubt what is expected of them. If you miss a block, you better be hitting somebody.
