The main thing I wanted after letting Miles go was a respected traditional coach. I got tired of us having a caricature head coach in the media.
Well, we let Miles go, and we turned up the caricature card full speed Gumbo ahead

He used to do that at USC when he worked for Pete Carroll. The players used to eat it up and get fired up. I think once or twice is ok but after that it probably loses it's effectiveness and just becomes a joke.
