You mean the Omar Speights who is a mlb for the LARams?

I am big on Weeks but when House was here I dont know who was good or bad because the whole product was trash.

Folks keep forgetting they went 9-4 last year . They haven’t won anything since Chad morris took the job at Arkansas and CVB took the OU job .

You cant dispute any of my points though. They are 100% valid worries to have.

I hope your right though. I would love to eat crow on this one and they prove me a complete idiot.

I'm exhausted with us losing game 1 and every big away game.

I've played 11 years and got all state on the line in florida, never gave up a sack. Im telling you, if I was going against a high caliber d line, it would really take me out of the game to know that I don't have time to adjust to the guy across from me and find a way to dominate by the end of the game. Even us fat boys need to be left alone to figure out how to win sometimes, not worried if these aren't my best 3 plays that im pulled.

I think Chester will start at LG. Too much game experience, something that Kelly values to roll out Echols or Mubengs over him.

Mubenga supposedly handles the shifts and calls the best, so I expect him to start because he would be least likely to make mistakes in the frenzied first quarter. But as things settle in they will want someone more physical there.

If Chester is starting and the best we got right now at LG, there is a serious problem about to rear its ugly head. Nuss better be ready follow through with his plan to run this year

Echols ain’t seeing the field. Chester/Mubenga and Curne going to be the seven you see.

Durham was sitting behind Emery, and broke out WEEK 3 against USCE our FIRST GAME of the SEC schedule. Not quite when the season was "over"

Impressive! Serious question may be deserves its own thread. Base on your experience how would you describe the running game last season & your outlook for this seasons O-line?

People tend to forget Weeks was busting assignments left and right early on.

I do think it's interesting folks tend to dismiss how relatively pedestrian their defense actually was last year, especially given they played an ACC schedule because there is some top heavy star power but they blame it on their old DC saying the new DC will solve that problem.

I do have some concerns about how ready our 0-line will be game one and their d-line is reportedly their strength on D. But I do think the shine they are getting now is based on performance last year that with context - at the very least raises some questions as to degree of shine they should be getting.

Imagine being this mentally fragile that a football game you have zero control over does this to you, presumably an adult.

Kelly & Sloan are taking a page out of Uncle Les’ offense… run max protection 6 OL, blocking TE, OLmen as full back and pitch dive right for 1 yd loss
That will get the rant fired up and crash TD

Being bad while playing said games is not a reason to start. Chester was terrible. One of the worst I've ever seen.

Look, I'm not debating this, and yes he was a large part of the reason for our poor interior play last year...probably more than his just blocking too, since he was the Center.

However, playing guard could and should be a lot different than trying to play center. Not saying he will be great there either, but I honestly don't know and will give him a shot.

That girl that transferred in here wasn't a pg and they tried to make her one, and it didn't pan out. But, she was an all-american before and after LSU in a different position.
