This guy is such a hypocrite. I remember saying that when CFB starts paying players, then he will quit bc that violates the essence of what CFB is. Yet, here he is in 2025 paying his players.
Also, said Clemson will not accept transfers bc of some “sanctity of CFB” stance. 1-2 down years and Clemson is accepting transfers.
Barrion Brown has aTD taken away in a call that everyone outside of Clemson says was a blown call and he says it was the right call. At the same time, the most benign contact on a Clemson receiver and he is screaming about PI on the sideline.
This guy says his religion is all about truth but he clearly means truth only as he sees it.

When did this program become as entitled as Bama?

This is borderline insanity. I used to respect that guy. He's an entitled a-hole. Frick him.

At the beginning of this press conference

He said twice “I’m just happy to be back home”

WTF is he talking about?

I think the opposite is true. If we play them again in the playoffs, after this team has had time to gel on both sides of the ball and we are on the other side of the grind of an SEC schedule, especially if the game is in the real Tiger Stadium, I don't think it will be a close game. I'm pretty sure Cade Klubnick does not want to play LSU again.

Smart coaches would say LSU hs a very good team and played well for,a,first game on the road.

Clemson did not look good on offense at all. Couple of favorable no,calls. Their QB did not look like a Heisman leading experienced QB.

I guess I have to accept that Clemson defense is pretty good (best LSU will play?). We were pretty conservative on offense and did not challenge them deep. Protecting our line and Nussmeier.

it was cemented for me when I saw him arguing about Clemson getting penalties literally five minutes after the refs took 6 points away from LSU with that awful call in the end zone

You could see it on his face at that point in the game that he knew they were in trouble.

I wasn't sure how we were going to play, but I knew we had a chance because of Swinney. He's a clown.

Did they.. blind side block no call was the only reason that wasn't a long fg attempt

He must have watched a different game then, because LSU thoroughly whipped his team's arse, plus we had a TD overturned.

31 yards rushing, 50% passing, less than 18 minutes of possession and ZERO second half points.

Dabo, you got your arse handed to you. If not for the overturned TD and our coaches choking right at halftime, it wouldn't have been close on the scoreboard either.

The good news for him is his team has very little competition facing it in the ACC. He'll act all cocky because his team will have a great looking record, but they won't be all that. I hope FSU stomps a mudhole in their arse.

I was ridiculed for this but I'm pretty sure you can't pass the LOS as a receiver and then come back behind the LOS and block while the ball is in the air. That's either PI or Ineligible receiver downfield.

OPI and ineligible receiver downfield only apply if the pass crosses the neutral zone. They do not apply to passes behind the LOS, which was the scenario for that play IIRC.

More like 90 to 75, but I mean. He gave us a lot of credit and compliment there.

The pass interference complaint in game was baf, though, lol. Very legit call and fans threw trash.

What about blindside blocks that were ruled out of the game and personal foul years ago, called with a vengeance ha
