Paul's head needs to be on a swivel. But no heat will be applied.

Please, this is not a fluke. Get some mashers, Coach Manieri.

Freaking mashers: Chinea, Foster, Bregman and Scivique. These guys raked doubles all freaking year. Now no one can do crap. This team is stacked but is in a freaking terrible slump.

Offense isn't our problem today though. 6 runs wouldn't be enough.

Team is not well coached sometimes, and it shows.

Team is too tight for post-season. PM plays scared. If you saw his reaction against ULL on the walk-off homerun, you could see it. His approach of not losing is not the same as it was 2007-09. He is feeling the pressure.

2 runs in each of the last 3 innings...7-6 fina

Can't see it. This was gonna b close if we played perfect. Poche gift wrapped it, Manierie taped the corners, and Fraley put the bow on top.

I'm not a nega by any stretch, but we are looking like a frickin juco team... We look like we are not a very stable, disciplined team. When Poche started losing it, instead of being smart and pulling him, we let the cancer spread to the entire team and now, this is what we got... An embarrassment on national tv. We look like we have no business on that field.

Sorry, but that is the cold hard truth AS OF NOW. We need to get it turned around, QUICK!!!!

Apparently Manieri thinks the SEC tournament is the pinnacle of the postseason. Sine 2009, LSU has fielded like a SWAC team in the CWS, and the players look entirely too uncomfortable. Team cannot hit worth a shite either since the end of the regular season.

Tigers out totally to much pressure on theirselves. Happens every postseason lately. They need to just have fun out there.

I don't understand why those that say it's over and we are 2 and Q are still posting? I'm not giving up on my Tigers and I for god damn sure aren't gonna bash them. It's obvious you enjoy pointing out our faults than actually believing in your team. That is way more embarrassing than a bad performance by the Tigers.

It's a miracle we're here. People get mad at me for saying that but it's clear as day. This team couldn't hold one of Bertman's team's jock. That might not be fair to anyone, but that's the watermark of a championship level team.

We ain't close. I said it a month ago. "Fizzle," again.

That can be said for every conference, so you still have no point.

The point is a team's true ability or lack thereof is determined by how well they play vs the best of the best. You can't hide your deficiencies by switching around lineups or playing cutesy games with the pitching rotation in the CWS. You roll the ball out there and play your best against their best. Your best is either good enough, or it isn't.

He's a "good" coach who can recruit. But he's not a great coach. Nice guy players like him but he is not a difference maker and we have seen for several years that his teams run themselves out of innings and the talent level is always going to be enough to be able to get to Omaha. But at some point you have to get I very the hump.
