All I'm gonna say is if you would have bunted Katz to second we still playing ball right now

With Rhymes propensity to GIDP, why not pitch him with foster to get the bunt down. Pulmonary said that his 3,4, and 5 hitters won't bunt, and they won't advance.

This team hasn't hit well in over a month, yet he doesn't do anything with the lineup. Bench McMullen for Moore. Swap jones and Ibarra. Do something because right now 1, 6, and 9 are automatic outs. Bregman has been as bad lately.

More home run juice, less pop up and fielding error juice!

you have to bunt Rhymes there, absolutely have to. Hits too many DPs to justify letting him swing away. Everyone saw it coming.

Swap jones and Ibarra

Ibarra crushed the ball tonight. He has two solo jacks in any other park we've played in this year besides Hoover.

I'm beginning to think Rhymes is snake-bit. It's like a self-fulfilling prophesy every time he bats with someone on first.

Not bunting him was epically stupid.

Oh well, we probably needed that wake up call.

And to all you SOB's that said..."pull for UCLA so we can have revenge!!"

Cannot defend Mainieri here. It was a 2-0 count with a man on and no one out in a one run game bottom 9th. Rhymes is a DP machine BUT a great contact hitter. No hit-and-run. Terrible.

This.

Same here, sicboy. The only complete series I got to see was South Carolina. I've seen a lot of missed opp at the plate. Rhymes- wtf. The guys with low averages and little RBI have those stats for a reason. Nola deserved better.
