Silly question. They didn't get rid of this guy did they?
I'd imagine he can feed them whatever the Dr ordres.

Executive Chef Michael Johnson who runs the varsity athletic mess hall. This guy loves his job and knows his shite.
YouTube - What it Takes to feed LSU Tigers

He's still on the website.

frick Ed. Slimy piece of shite set back the program so much. Can’t imagine considering myself an LSU fan if I ever supported him.

rails off the tracks????? Never heard that one before. Heard wheels off the rails and wheels off the tracks, but never rails off the track. Aren't rails and tracks the same thing?

WTF was CEO doing?

A guy that lives on Red Bull and fried pork skins wasn’t interested in nutrition. Color me shocked.

bro i told yall this all during 2021. Moffit was complaining privately about lack of buy in, lack of consequences and just overall apathy that had set into the program.

they would be given macros from the nutritionist then allowed to order whatever and in whatever quanities they wanted in the nutrition center. they were not held to any standard.

did bringing in a new S&C regime manifest some changes in the programming itself....yes but they were small. Biggest reason we needed change across the board in the S&C department was because the message had gotten stale and there was nobody being held accountable for anything.

the lack of give a frick from O after 2019 was astounding. im talking absolutely zero accountablility or consequences when it came to missing workouts, progress in the weigth room, nutrition, even in the class room.

almost like he fricking quit and then just decided to see how long LSU would keep paying him.

Seems the rails lay on the track. Either way his point was not about the train industry but how fat and out of shape we were for the UCLA game. Coach O

Wait til some of the of the players who departed via draft or portal the last couple of years start opening up about 2020-21 seasons.

I am predicting quite a few SMDH tidbits of basics that were missed. CBK was the perfect hire to dot those i’s and cross the t’s that definitely hadn’t happened since 2019 and likely were missed since 2017z
