Culotta: "How do you guys use the nutrition part of the program?"

Guillory: "Dr. Frakes is the best nutritionist that we've ever had. Now we actually listen. With Dr Frakes, we can make strides with that. Cuz last year I feel like I was overweight throughout the whole season no one said anything about it. So now its like he says you're a guy now so it's time for you to lose weight."

Could be a case of its easy to blame people that are no longer there.... or its more of Ed O incompetency coming out lol

I was told Brian Kelly personally interviewed all the cooks who work in athletic dining hall to see if they could keep their jobs.

Sure he could, but, a nutritionist does a hell of a lot more than provide weight loss tips.

When the season started last year the team looked fat and out of shape. WTF was CEO doing?

How can he allow his team to go from 2019 to 2021?

My daughter (you're not getting pics, you pervs) is about to start her senior year in Food nutrition/dietetics at LSU. She has been working at the performance nutrition center for the last 2 years (this will be her 3rd). She liked the previous director and felt very comfortable with her, so she wasn't sure how she would like the new guy. But she has said she really likes how he is running things. She has commented on how much more participation/activity she is seeing now than previously,

I assumed that is because coaches are placing more emphasis on this. But she is also quick to point out it may be related to when she works, which has changed, she was much earlier in the day before.

It's almost as if he didn't have as much to do with 2019 as a lot of people here think he did.

Classic case of saying all the right things but not actually putting in the work to DO them.

Our staff was amazingly bad. And super lucky for 2019.

Dave Aranda and Joe Brady were excellent coaches. You can see the difference after they left.
