Crews and white is the most exciting duo I’ve seen in college baseball in a long time. When those two are up to bat it is legitimately must watch television. This team has so much star power. What a good time to be a tiger baseball fan

if Jones gets back on track (still batting 333) - the three of them back to back to back in the lineup

They said Crew’s exit velocity on his home run ball was 110 mph. frick that’s moving.

Hard to beat Thunder and Lightning - Palmeiro and Clark.

frick MS State.

Nevertheless. Crews and White combo hasn’t been hyped up enough.

That’s our fault.

But they damn sure can get there.

Go get y’all some fellas.

Sorry but I'm going to have to disagree w you on this take.
I agree Crews is the best hitter in college baseball. He has speed to beat out infield hits and he's got a great eye at the plate.

White on the other hand is a great hitter in his own right but a good pitcher w something other than a fastball and hanging curve can get him out most every time. He looks silly at the plate in some of his at bats.

White is not in the same zip code as Crews IMHO. He can hit a fastball and misplaced curve well but swings at too many out of the strike zone pitches. I hope he gets better as the season goes along but I'm not real confident when he comes to the plate against a quality pitcher. Downvote away if you must. I'm just calling it like I see it.

They don’t do non home runs, but that ball he smoked at the third baseman looked like 180

I don't think it's a good idea to put a high strikeout guy behind White.

Someone hasn't watched a second of Tommy this season.

So grateful for White. Otherwise I think we would see way more intentional walks.

I think the next superstar is Kling. It might even happen this year.. Dugas, Morgan, Crews, White, Pearson, Kling, Jones, Thompson, Neal. Maybe bat Thompson 9th..

I mean He’s mashing in SEC play, had maybe 2 bad games all season despite battling an early shoulder issue.

If you’re calling it like you see, you haven’t watched many games.

His ratio of looking silly to looking like a fricking monster is pretty favorable.

He’s 11/29 in SEC play so far. Outside Friday he is 11/24.

White only has 11 Ks in 85 plate appearances. Until this past weekend, he had more home runs than he did strikeouts.

So a guy is not quite as good as one of the best ever? I mean ok. White is still one of the best in the SEC.
