Every infielder who left was replaced by a significantly worse fielder.

Why not give Yamon a shot. Can’t get no worse

yep and knowing that, I'd rather the experienced guys who have produced in their careers try to get in a rhythm to get out of their funk rather than just benching guys for worse guys
Exactly. It’s why we’ve got to stick with Dardar and Yorke and roll with them and trust that they’ll figure it out and start hitting. But they lead the team in walks, despite currently “struggling” to get hits at the rate we are going to need them to. Their potential, histories of hitting college pitching, and ability to get on base is very valuable. Way more valuable than any potential replacements that we’ve tried who aren’t hitting AND not getting on base.
Still, I will concede that was a terrible AB by Yorke. Milam would have had a terrible AB himself not driving a runner in from 3rd with 1 out, but was bailed out by the error on the catcher.

Don’t they have an OF hurt right now too?
Larson would DH at LSU or Texas.

Baillargeon up to bat. Capece at 3B, Wachsmann at 1B. 0 Out.
Time called, 1-0
Shows bunt, high, 2-0
Way outside, 3-0
Way outside, ball gets by Serna all the way to the backstop. For some reason the runner from 3B didn't go. Walk.

Because he is not a "big time" Texas recruit.

Then why didn't he?

If they won't even play him I can't imagine how bad he is with the guys in front of him lol.

Why do Arrambide and Serna try to backhand balls in the dirt with runners on base?
That's on coaching.

Creighton trying not to run up the score

Pitchers cannot pitch. Pathetic.

Take Serna out of the fricking game. He cannot catch the ball.

We are the mf bad news bears. I’ve never seen a baseball team with this type of talent crap all over themselves repeatedly against glorified HS squads.

Yes, yes it can get worse. He’s worse than anybody he’d be replacing.

Jay may bring the hook quick on Dathe.
