I'm pretty much accepting that this is Les Miles probable last season. I think the lack of change over the entire offseason shows that he's just not our guy anymore. But if we came out and cream JSU, MSU and auburn on the road, would people start showing up and regaining some hope for the season again?

Do I hope we get on a roll and win the next 11 games? Sure.

Do I still want a new coach? Yep.

I think people will support the team - but most people will view those Victories as fools gold. We have seen it before season after season and then the October/November collapse happens.

Idk if he gets past this. Played a bad team. And LSU played their worst game in 15 years and still almost won. Les is a ifiot

the best case scenario was always to 1. have an outstanding season and 2. let miles ride off into the sunset in retirement shortly after.

now, they ought to just can his arse.

I just don't know.

I keep wondering this.. I think it would have to come against a better team than all three of those.

Beating Auburn on the road would start to get the wheels in motion again.. but even that will be a challenge.

I don't think anything can be done at this point short of replacing the head coach. The quicker this occurs, the quicker the healing can occur.

I'm done!! Nothing could change my opinion nothing.

I'm on the Herman Train. With this young coach and Aranda we would rule the SEC. He has the formula to beat Nicky and anyone else. With this defense we could build something very special here and he would t go anywhere. Once here and winning there is no better place to be. GT

The team definitely can win us back, miles I don't think so this was his off season to win us back and spit in our faces, I think 90% of the fan base is ready for a change

If we went on a roll and won the west, the SEC and made the playoffs, I really could not justify getting rid of him.

I have zero confidence that any of that will happen. In fact Les is more likely to lose to Missouri than come back and make the playoff.

That ship has sailed.

Seems like a lot of fans are so angry with Miles that they are hoping the Tigers lose.

When that happens, the coach has to go regardless of what happens.

"Fools' Gold" is the right term.

Now, if we run the table it will be the victory over Bama that gets the fans back on board. But what are the odds of that?

Yes but it would take a dominating wins where things went really well. Ugly wins won't cut in anymore.. As a former competitor I can't believe I'm saying that. A win is a win. But it's more than that now.

Not me. Les could only win me back with an SEC and National Championship this year! Not gonna happen.
