Cortez Hankton returning to Louisiana as WR coach at LSU

LSU head coach Brian Kelly has filled all of his on-the-field coaching positions with his latest hire being Georgia wide receiver coach and passing game coordinator Cortez Hankton, sources confirm to TigerDetails.

The Hankton you're referring to was a WR and played under Saban, and was also part of the notorious Hankton crime family from Uptown New Orleans

Karl Hankton is who you’re thinking of. He only played one season at LSU. He went on to play for the Carolina Panthers for many years. He was a stud athlete at De La Salle in New Orleans— track state champion. His older brother, Kurt Hankton, won a state championship in Basketball at De La Salle with Dennis Tracey and Dwayne Bryant. The Hankton family produces some incredible athletes.
