I don't want to sound harsh but Sage Ryan hasn't figured it out his entire time at LSU. He looked absolutely lost in the spring game. If he's the best we have going to be a long season.

Hoping that some of the younger guys can beat out Major Burns and Sage Ryan. If those 2 start again this year will be another tough year to watch the defense.

CBK obviously holds players in a higher reguard when they are setting the standards in terms of being on time, doing well in the classroom, seniority, and doing all the little things the way they are supposed to be done off the field. Players that are doing it the right way if you will. And you will always have a few guys that are more talented players on the field at certain positions that are not coming anywhere close to those standards off the field……..especially in La if we are being honest. Its one of the tougher things to manage as a head coach I think.

The defense may take a couple of years to turn the corner. Not sure why anyone expected a huge turnaround this year when the players are mostly the same.

All we did for Matthews was offer a full scholarship and a six figure NIL deal. His parents just wanted more and the Aggies were willing to pay up.

The reality is, it didn’t work out for anyone. Neither the Aggies nor Matthews nor LSU.

I just watched the spring game. Neither one of those deep touchdowns s were Sage Ryan fault. You guys clearly don't know coverage.
