He said in several of his pre-season interviews that he's always been an emotional pitcher & "when I get a big strikeout I let my emotions go". So this was not a result of it being against ULLLL or in Minute Maid. He also said he likes his catchers to be aggressive as well & Milazzo was chest bumping & screaming at him as he left the mound.

He’s pitching in an MLB stadium against an in state team that is probably running their mouths at him. Sorry people have emotions
It was ridiculous. And, he doesn't care about "in-state" anything, he's just here from MN then Xavier Ohio.

By just one point?
The pitcher was excited that LSU scored a safety and a field goal, while holding ULL to a field goal and an extra point.

Dude just threw an un-hittable SLIDER in a full up FASTBALL count to end a game against a very scrappy in state school in a MAJOR league stadium.

Sorry for having fun scrooge.

I like the passion. I like it from all our teams. It makes LSU what it is. I don't want clinical, I want fire in the belly.

Loer looked towards the LSU dugout to celebrate after the win. He did not taunt the Cajuns.

If he pitched for Tony Vitello he would have looked toward the other team’s dugout.

He’s been at Xavier. That’s probably the most intense pitching moment he’s had. Maybe he hasnt been there before.

Just to be clear…when other teams do this it’s being passionate kids and there’s nothing wrong with it. When our players do it, it’s a bad look? Is that what we are saying here?

God some of you are miserable fricks lmao

...contradict each other.

Nothing wrong with celebrating a game-winning strike-out.
