They should dump that "It's great to be a FL Gator" in the fkn' toilet, flush and never to be heard again.

How embarrassing. There’s another spot we’re gonna move up in the polls.

Good for Johnny - good guy always has been - that's why he was hired at LSU, all his buddies that liked him went to bat for him. They knew - but they went to bat for him anyway because they liked him so much.

Not his fault - Joe's fault for caving. Glad he got this nice win.

Yeah they had a brutal schedule, and all on the road, so no surprise they hadn't won a game as a lowly SWAC team.
Oregon
St. Mary's
Washington
Air Force
Sounds like a west coast road trip where they were out there the whole time.
NC State
BYU
La Tech
Florida

Still pretty shitty of Florida to lose to them though.

My God I'm so thankful we don't have that spineless tool for an AD anymore. Caved to Facebook moms for O, caved to former players for Jones. He 100% would have hired Napier if he was still here.

Congrats to Johnny though. It didn't work out as hc but he is still a great man who has always represented lsu with class

Johnny Jones has proved he's a good coach. For whatever reason the chemistry wasn't there as LSU coach, and he ended up a loser here in his last two seasons.

I remember when he coached UNT he blasted LSU and Trent Johnson by 20!

I like Johnny Jones. He was a great player for us during the time I was a student. I was hoping he would be successful as a coach here. I congratulate him for beating Florida but not necessarily for improving to 1 and 7.

I remember Johnny from his playing days. Gaines remind me of him. Exciting, at times a little out of control, but something good or bad was going to happen. He was a pretty good point and well liked by his teammates and crowd alike. Congratulations Johnny!
