The new electronic menus and flat screens at the concession stands were a nice addition. You can't deny that.

Until they turned them off in the 6th inning.

If you can’t watch a 3 hour baseball game without indulging in overpriced, unhealthy soft drinks or grossly fattening food, then you have a problem. I guess that’s why the average LSU baseball fan is a diabetic white 50+ aged whale that will be lucky to see their 65th birthday.

Might want to order things not on the menu, I asked if they had jambalaya and it wasn't on menu but lo and behold they had it.

What Aramark passes off as jambalaya is an insult to South LA

The new menu boards and TV's are top notch though

The answer is food trucks.

which is absolutely the slowest way to dispense food there is. there is nothing wrong with concession areas that a food truck would improve on.

I have a challenge for you. Try and quit posting on Tigerdroppings.

You can't because You're addicted to being a gigantic dickhead about everything to everyone. That's what addicts do.

Miss City pork and Lava Cantina. They were upgrades of the standard fare.

Lava had the Rock N Pops My kids LOVED. And the brisket nachos were delicious.

Was there an official reason both are gone or was it just a subtle dick move by Aramark?

The cost is getting out of hand especially for baseball. I spent $27 Sat night for popcorn, fries, large water and a coke zero (not even the souvenir cup)

The two Joe's - Joe Dean and Joe Alleva - only worried about bottom line.

The ONLY thing Joe Dean did right was keep prices low.

Solution: don't buy their expensive, subpar garbage.

Hell, sneak in some sunflower seeds if you need to keep your hunger satiated for three hours. Don't spend money on garbage, buy and eat good food before or after the game.

The jambalaya they sell has zero taste. I can't imagine why anyone from Louisiana would eat that crap

I bring my own bag of $.99 peanuts regularly. The souvenir cup with a refill is only thing we will buy inside regularly. We park in HR village and pack sandwiches, drinks, and snacks for the kids when they come with.

That's because before they were the average LSU baseball fan they were the average LSU student -- pre-alcoholic slackers doing just enough to get by in class so they could spend their non-class attending hours drunk, stoned and eating pizza.

Once they've been kicked out of LSU or, heaven forbid, "given" a degree, the average LSU student moves on to an average middle management job where he lives paycheck to paycheck to support his fat wife and fat kids while paying a mortgage and two car notes.

Not to mention the drug-addicted, alcoholic losers who can't afford to go to the games or even listen to the game on the radio because they are too busy begging relatives to loan them money.

Did I leave anyone out?

To all those that say don't eat or drink at the game, that's easier said than done. Sitting at a baseball game, at a minimum, you need bottled water especially when the temperatures start to rise.

A kid is going to want popcorn or a bag of peanuts. Followed by something to drink.

I don't normally eat hamburgers, hot dogs or any of the other garbage they serve but the bare essentials should be affordable and reasonably priced to where it doesn't look like all you are doing is price gouging your customer.

What happened to those that used to walk around and sell peanuts and water. They don't even do that anymore.

They come out to LF when it gets hotter with the frozen lemonades and waters for sure. Not sure about food stuffs.

We pay dearly for HR Village Parking and we try get our money's worth/perceived value by packing cooler full of stuff for kids when they come and booze when they don't.

They're all old enough to scan out, go to car and eat/drink, and scan back in.
Unless they fight over shite at the car.
I can see them from the seats and occasionally have to go beat arse because one didn't want the Funyons she got and tries to take a sibling's Doritos.
