Once again, Carl, you've written an excellent column.
In school, people tend to always remember the correct answer to they questions they missed and learn from them. Hopefully, this loss will prove to be the same and LSU can win out the rest of the way and our offense will finally get on track.

Mr. Clark and the other 10 on that defense did not do it alone and only for themselves. They were coached. And, their coach was Nick Saban.

Carl, I'm going to use this with my sales staff. Being lucky and getting the business is one thing, but working on it and making the sale is completely different.

Thanks Carl. I hope Miles has more than "yes men" either on his staff, or that he can trust to turn this offense around.

I can only hope this team adopts that "us against world" attitude.

Great stuff. You know it's good when it takes more than 20 responses before somebody has to bring Saban's name into it. I really enjoy reading your stuff.

Thanks Carl. I guess most of the fanbase is not upset 5-1, its that there has been no changes done on offense. Frustration is getting high that the coaches aren't making any changes to the personnel they have. It's like "can't they see JJ isn't an option QB", "can't they see they need to throw to the TE", "can't they see they need to keep someone short for JJ to dump the ball to".

I only hope that someone at the Morning Advocate reads your posts here and has come to the conclusion of what a major faux pas they made in dealing with your situation when you left.

Carl, the Advocate doesn't deserve you.

Their loss, our gain. Great job!

Every successful team has to answer the Bell at some point. Florida did last year and Tim Tebow grabbed the microphone after an Ole Miss loss and led his team to a National Championship. I hope someone on Offense steps up and leads this team. The coaching staff can only do so much. This team can win it all if everyone plays to their potential.

Great insight, and like so many others, I hope the team gets this message and truly understands what you are talking about. Thanks.

Another Great Post Carl

RIGHT!, faced with trying adversity, anybody with the exemplary training of FAITH through hard times will overcome the obstacle placed before them, as history shows, and humanity has always done. I trust the Tiga O' will realize the true meaning of "Us 11" and put it into practice, remembering to have fun in the process toward the goal of winning!

I hope is listening to the right voices during this week off.
